PARTNERING WITH PARENTS TO MAKE DISCIPLES
Faith Kids is for children of all ages (birth - 5th grade). Our mission is to develop parents as family shepherds and to help children walk in the truth of Jesus Christ. Because we place a high priority on safety, we require background checks and training for all staff and volunteers.
For more information, contact our Children and Families Coordinator, Jamie Thornton, and sign up for our monthly newsletter.
Faith Kids Sundays
Our Sunday program is designed for children ages two through second grade. All children will begin in the Worship Center. This gives them a chance to see people of all ages worshiping together. After participating in worship and the Faith Kids Preview time of the service, children will be dismissed to age-appropriate classes. In these classes, they will learn timeless truths from God’s Word and be prepared to transition to corporate worship by the time they enter third grade.
Wiggle Room (up to age 2 years)
We understand that not all parents are ready for their children to be in Faith Kids Sundays programs, so we have provided a space for little ones to wiggle. Parents are welcome to stay with their babies/toddlers in the Wiggle Room while they continue to watch the service live-streamed. One of our greeters will be happy to show you where our Wiggle Room is located if you need it.
Faith Kids Wednesdays
We offer programming for children from kindergarten through fifth grade on Wednesday nights. Students will worship through biblical teaching, scripture memorization, games, music, art, missions, and more. Faith Kids Wednesdays meets every Wednesday during the school year from 6:00 to 7:30 pm (concurrent with Refuge, for 6th through 12th graders). Our Wednesday night kids’ programming takes a break over the summer.

Wonders of His Love: Finding Jesus in Isaiah by Champ Thornton
Devotions geared for families with lower elementary children. The daily readings make connections between Isaiah’s predictions of the Messiah and the fulfillment of those promises found in the Gospels. Each week has an easy craft to create a paper ornament and several other simple activities like cookie baking, a ring toss, scavenger hunts, or suggested opportunities to serve others.
The Advent Jesse Tree by Dean Lambert Smith
Daily reading of a selected passage of Scripture, along with the visual reminder of an ornament with a symbol on it moves from creation to Christ. This tradition is a great way to rehearse the grand narrative of Scripture every year, especially for families with children.
